Ensure the integration of customer requirements match those of the infrastructure
implemented to support the custom built solution
Participate in full technical and operational lifecycle of projects including system
design, software and hardware installations, network configurations, certifications
and other technical support requirements.
Participate in user workshops to communicate specific customer system
requirements, confirm and discuss technical specifications and requirements from
sales to project activation to transition to operations, as defined by the project
Implement and maintain solutions at customer premises
Primary project technical implementation expert supporting the assigned
Technical Design managing technical work streams as assigned by the project
Coordinate with cross functional teams and third party providers to ensure project
technical implementations are done in accordance with approved designs and
keep within the customer agreed requirements
Implement added functionality; either from specific application enhancements or
functionality requirements as directed by the project manager
Implement technical change requests ensuring all system changes follow agreed
policy and comply with audit requirements
Draft technical documentation that supports the products as defined in the
Support the creation of technical specifications, test plan, acceptance
requirements and other documentation required in testing and acceptance of
project based solutions.
Ensure all risks and issues that affect the project are raised following set
processes and are addressed appropriately. Escalate risks and issues that pose a
significant impact to deliverables.
Coordinate testing and cut over activities with the appropriate internal technical
groups, customer or third party vendor as appropriate.
Maintain/Administer any online informational communications tool that is required
to support implementation.
Masters degree preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or similar discipline
At least 7 years of experience in deployment of technical solutions or application software, implementing systems and modules with experience of multiple full
Thorough understanding of IT infrastructure components, database, and software
A track record of exceptional technical and professional performance in a similar
Previous experience in process development, documentation and maintenance.
The ability to be the lead technical role on complex projects overseeing
requirement analysis through implementation and/or support
Ability to understand the customer's business objectives for assigned projects
Coordinates multiple technical streams of work to produce a complete solution
Develop high-level designs for small to medium systems/applications with input
from other specialists
Resolve complex problems in QA / Architecture
Expert knowledge of and ability to apply advanced software development
principles, theories, programming languages, concepts and techniques
Understands the concept of IT security and its application to computer systems
Expert understanding of system integration and hardware
Understanding of client’s methodologies and practices
Understanding trade-offs and risks with technical choices
